PROJECT OVERVIEW
Uranium Energy Corp’s Artillery Peak project, located in Mohave County, consists of 1,000 acres. Uranium Energy Corp’s land package is approximately fifteen miles from the Anderson Mine, owned by privately-held Concentric Energy. Anderson was the subject of a feasibility study in 1978 by energy giant Unocal, at which time, a reserve of 27 million pounds of uranium was established, in addition to a uranium resource of 70 million pounds, and another 80 million pounds of vanadium. The source for the Anderson mineralization has not yet been determined, although there is evidence to suggest that it lies underneath the Artillery Peak Quadrangle, where extensive uranium occurrences have been identified. Anderson is currently under development by Concentric Energy. The disclosure related to the Anderson Mine deposit has not been independently verified. The statement is considered relevant, but cannot be relied upon without verification. The company is not treating this as a current NI43-101 compliant disclosure.
