PROJECT OVERVIEW
Uranium Energy Corp’s Laguna Trend Project consists of 800 acres of lode claims on Bureau of Land Management land in northwestern New Mexico. The claim block is on-trend and several miles northeast of the historically-producing St. Anthony, Jackpile, Paguate, and L-Bar uranium deposits. Northeast of the Company’s claim block is the former Kerr McGee’s Rio Puerco uranium deposit, and Conoco’s Bernabe uranium deposit. Both of these deposits are yet to be developed. Acquisition of the Laguna Trend claim block by Uranium Energy Corp was driven by analysis of the Morrison Nuclear database, which includes drilling data indicating significant uranium mineralization in the Westwater Canyon Member of the Morrison Formation. This property was most recently held by Kerr McGee.
